What is Two Way Dual Immersion?
The Two-Way Dual Immersion Program at Bancroft is a K-5 program that includes English-dominant speakers with Spanish dominant speakers. Students receive instruction in both languages.
Starting in Kindergarten, students spend half of their academic class time each day working in English and the other half working in Spanish.
¿Que es El Programa de Inmersión Dual?
El Programa de Inmersión Dual en Bancroft es un programa K-5 que incluye estudiantes nativos en inglés y estudiantes hispanohablantes. Los estudiantes reciben instrucción en los dos idiomas.
Empezando en Jardín de Infancia, los alumnos pasan la mitad del día académico trabajando en inglés y la otra mitad del día académico trabajando en español.
Two Way Dual Immersion (TWDI) Application/Transfer:
- Complete Kindergarten registration with your homeschool.
- Transfer Applications need to be submitted online. Application window opens February 10 to April 1, 2023. Even if Bancroft is your homeschool, a transfer application into the Program is required.
