Principal's Message

Dear Bancroft Families,
Welcome to the 2026 - 2027 school year at Bancroft Elementary. We are eager to begin what promises to be another amazing year. At Bancroft, we believe in fostering a culture of excellence, where every student can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially. Our passionate and highly qualified teachers are prepared to deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our students. We will continue to implement innovative teaching methods and utilize technology to enhance the learning process.

We are thrilled to welcome both returning and new families to our school. For those of you who are new, I extend an especially warm welcome and assure you that our dedicated staff is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive learning experience for your children.

Open communication between parents and the school is vital, and we encourage you to stay connected with us throughout the year. Our monthly newsletters, parent-teacher conferences, and various school events provide opportunities for collaboration and engagement. We encourage all families to sign up for Parent Square to keep you apprised of upcoming campus events and any additional current information. Additionally, our
dedicated Parent-Faculty-Club (PFC) is always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to contribute their ideas, time and expertise. We also encourage you to follow us on Instagram @bancroftelementaryschool and to bookmark our school webpage.

Please take a moment to review our updated school handbook (found in the Parent/Guardian Resources section of our website), which outlines our policies, procedures, and expectations. This handbook is designed to provide information about our school. We hope that it will be helpful to you and provide answers to many common questions.
