Centralized Enrollment

Mt. Diablo Unified School District is introducing a Centralized Enrollment process to simplify enrollment across the district.

The Enrollment Center is MDUSD's one stop for the following functions:

• Alternative Education Transfers (credit recovery)
• Enrollment
  • TK - 12th grade enrollment for the 23-24 school year.
• Transfers (Inter/Intradistrict)
• Unassigned Area Placements.

TK/Kinder Registration for the 2024-2025 School Year begins January 10th! Please see our calendar for your resident school's dates.

Upcoming Special Hours/Closures:

• Thursday, December 7th: Open 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (12:30 - 1:00 pm closure for lunch)
• Monday, December 18th: Open 8:30-11:30 am (afternoon closure for staff meeting)
• December 25-29: CLOSED (Holiday)
• Monday, January 1st: CLOSED (Holiday)
• Monday, January 15th: CLOSED (Holiday)
• Monday, February 19th: CLOSED (Holiday)

23-24 Year Registration for Grades TK-12

GRADES TK-12 enrolling for the 23-24 school year should complete enrollment at the Enrollment Center:

Monday through Friday from 8:30-4:00 pm (closed 12:30-1:30 for lunch)

Current year (23-24) enrollment will be by APPOINTMENT ONLY beginning January 10, 2024. The online appointment portal will be available soon!
